Hello,
We have just deployed the SCVMM 2016 trial VM and two WS2016 physical hosts with the Hyper-V role.
For our test we are looking to create a cluster (host group) in SCVMM to manage these 2 hosts with centralized storage on a Synology NAS with the SMI-S protocol.
The NAS is well recognized in / storage / providers and we list the existing storage pool and the LUN already created.
However, in host properties it is impossible to add an iSCSI target in /storage, the item "Add iSCSI Array" is grayed out.
On the hosts, we have the role "iSCSI Target Server" installed and the MPIO functionality.
We do not find documentation explaining that the option remains grayed out.
Thank you.
